With years of experience as an elementary school teacher, Courtney Sanford wanted to serve her community in a different way with real estate. She joined Coldwell Banker Wallace in 2021 as a member of her father-in-law’s team, the Bobby Sanford Group. With his leadership, over 20 years combined experience, and the team’s commitment to “people over profits” they have a proven track record of helping their clients achieve their real estate dreams. She is a big believer that our most precious memories are made in the home, and helping families find their home brings such joy to her. She is a Knoxville native, currently living in Powell with her husband and three daughters. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and enjoying the local area but home is her favorite place.
